Temporary Closed Due To Government Covid19 Lockdown

Sadly, Fit247 Gym + Training is once again temporally closed until government restrictions are lifted. It is reported that the closure will be for six weeks, therefore an expect return date will be early to mid August. Please check our social media and website for updates.
The knowledge acquired during the previous shut down has allowed us to put steps in place to better manager the gym and your expectations.
We have your best interest, health and fitness in mind and we thank you for your understanding during what is a complicated and stressful period.

The following information is provided to ensure a smooth transition back to the gym's resumption of business.
All memberships have been placed on suspension and will be automatically reactivated when the gym reopens. You will not be charged for the period of the closure.
Paid up front memberships will have the equivalent of the closure time added to the term.
Existing suspensions have new been cancelled and replaced by a bulk suspension which has been added to all memberships. Your membership will reactivate upon reopening.
It is our expectation that the covid19 virus will be well contained when we are allowed to reopen the gym, and it is our hope that all members can safely return. We have introduced a number of procedures to protect you, which have now been tested and proven highly successful.
If however, you require a further suspension please contacts us upon opening or once an opening date is known.
All 30 day cancellation notices received during closure will commence from the opening date of the gym. You will be able to use the gym for the 30 day period and payments will continue during this time.
Members who are currently serving the 30 day cancellation notice period will have your payment and notice period extended by the closure period. All cancellation periods will resume from the date of reopening.
All Direct Billing are on hold and you will not be charged for the closure period. Once an opening date is known, memberships will be billed prorata on the closest scheduled billing to opening.
Our scheduled billing days are fortnightly on Thursday. Our billing days for August and September are on the 6/8, 20/8, 3/9 and 17/9, subject to the gym opening.
Please advise us of any changes to your billing account details, as rejected payments attract a dishonour fee.
